Egalitarianism is an ideal fandom aspires to, where fan spaces are open to everyone and everyone is an equal. Yet, we all know fandom often misses that mark. Panelists will discuss the unequal realities within fandom, and steps we can all take to make these spaces into more equal and welcoming places.
