SUMMARY:Intro to Tantra led by David Harris
DESCRIPTION:Tantra is the merging of two (or more) energies to create something greater. It can be sexual\, intimate\, and enlightening\, for tantra is a type of yoga (breathing) that is often called “a fast path to enlightenment.” David has planned an experiential presentation. He will demonstrate the Tantra exercises with Terry\, allow couples (or those who find a partner at the meeting) to practice it together and singles to experience a guided meditation for drawing a tantric partner into your life. David gave Live the Dream an intimate\, memorable Tantra workshop back in 1987– in our first year. We are delighted to welcome him back. More on Tantra and David in the September Newsletter. \n1pm Pot Luck lunch\, Bring something healthy and delicious to share. \n2-3 Discussion of how to actually implement in your own lives what you have learned of Tantra. \n3-4 pm Socialize in the clothing optional Hot tub. Bring sandals and a towel.
