Samhain Ritual

The night’s events will go from 6:30 pm until it ends (i.e. LATE)

7:30-8:30 PM ALL HALLOWS EVE Samhain ritual, led by our High Priestess, Ealswythe. (Outside under the stars) … Bring something you want to let go of-a symbol or written note.  It will be cleansed in the cauldron’s flame.

This is the time in the year when the veil between our world and the spirit world is the thinnest, and we can concentrate on contacting our loved ones who have passed away, and make Magick happen in our lives! Ealswythe has studied the Tarot and Palmistry, and she has also led many people through visualizations of their past lives. A firm believer that by trying to understand the things out there, that cannot be seen by “normal” vision, we can enhance our lives, she has also sought an understanding of the Spirit World, and how to communicate and receive messages from them. Currently, she has been studying the Quantum Theory to understand Parallel Universes. She has written a play about a woman who accidentally falls into a parallel universe, and finds that she is married to a different husband!

Costume as ye will and/or be body painted in some beautiful and unusual way by a friend (body paint supplied by LTD).

9pm on:  A dynamite performance by Ealswythe as Frank’n’Furter, performing “Sweet Transvestite”! You will think you’re watching “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”- LIVE!

You are welcome to do some sort of dramatic or funny presentation appropriate to your costume.   Be creative!  Must call LTD hotline to arrange for this.

We will close with the Rocky Horror movie on our big screen TV —IT’S TRADITION!

For the Pot Luck: Live the Dream supplies homemade chicken soup, breads, spreads and hot apple cider.

Please bring a dish big enough for 10.
